PRICES

Draw / Don't Draw

• I like to draw •
- Anthro / Furry Characters
- Animals / Ferals
- Slight gore
- Fantasy Creatures, monsters, original species
- Twitch emotes / badges (especially animals)• I might do it but I'm not the best at it •
- Artistic nude ( practising )
- Humans (practising )
- Mechanical parts (depends on how big it is )
- Different bodytypes (not to an extreme degree)• I am not open for drawing •
- Extreme fetishes
- Fanarts ( due to copyrights )
- Underage characters in nsfw scenes
- Real person ( unless its a twitch emote and/or badge )
- Heavy NSFW scenes (please ask whats fine and what's not)

General Informations

• Uploaded pictures must contain my signature otherwise I will ask to remove the art from public sites.
• I have the right to use the commission in my portfolio if not asked otherwise.
• I reserve the right to refuse any commission request with or without any reason.
• By commissioning me, you agree to give me your personal informations
(Full name & Address) which I must provide for my tax office.
These are only visible for me, my accountant and tax office. I don't use these anywhere else and will be deleted after commission is done, but will be kept on the invoice/receipt.
It's due to my country's tax system, need to make sure I bill to real people.
• I won't spam my finished pictures with censorship or huge watermark.
• The copyright of the artwork stays mine, this means you cannot earn money with my art.

Payment

• I accept payment via Paypal invoice.
• Currency is USD.
• Payment must be paid after the sketch is confirmed.
• I won't ask any payment before the sketch.

Time & Deadlines

৹ Usually my deadlines are by the end of the month the slot is advertised for.
৹ If you have a specific date you need your commission to be done;
for example: a special occasion please tell me beforehand! It might come with a rush fee depending on how close the date is!
৹ I don't work on weekends and holidays.
৹ If anything happens through the painting process what delays the piece a lot, I will inform you about it.

Refund & Cancellation

• You have the right to cancel the commission slot anytime until I start to work on the piece.
• You have the right to cancel the commission before the payment / before you confirmed the thumbnail / sketch.
• I reserve the right to use rejected sketches for YCH or future commissions.
• After the sketch is confirmed and payment sent no refund available.
• Commission slots after 2 work days of no reply will be automatically deleted and replaced.

Your rights

৹ You are free to post any commission done for you as long as credit is provided. Do not remove my signature from the image.
৹ You are Not allowed to upload the original size anywhere ! That's for personal use only.
৹ You have the right to crop / edit the image, credit provided.

Characters & Description

• When you commission me please make sure you give me exact reference material. What you give me is what you get.
• You can send me mood boards, color palettes even songs/playlists to better show me what vibe you are looking for!

The progress of a commission

৹ I sketch up a few concepts based on your commission type and send them to you to choose and approve one. You can request changes here.৹ Once you approved and paid I will continue to work on it.৹ I will make the lineart, put flat colors and send it to you to check colors and markings.৹ If the colors and markings are right, I'll finish the commission.
But if you want to request changes (pose/background)
Depends on the % I have done I might be able or not able to change it. And it will come with extra fees.৹ For Illustrations and / or Commissions containing Complex background I will send colored thumbnails to you to choose one before fully rendering it.
